 Do I have to pay taxes?
Prices are inclusive of taxes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card statement will show GUERRILLA CLOTHING as the charge.
Do you accept paypal?
No,as we are shipping only in India, we don’t really need PayPal.
Can I pay by check/money order?
Yes, but we would prefer this payment for bulk order. Plus order will be shipped after the check is cleared.
Can I Order Over The Phone?
Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time. Our telephone staff is dedicated to customer service only.
What size should I buy?
Please view the sizing page for approximate sizing of all of our garments. All garments inherently vary slightly in sizing from style to style. Our shirts tend to fit in between a basic fit tee and a slim fit. You can check out our Size Charts Here. Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch.
If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists. We are interested only in selling our tees not your info.
How should I care for my items?
Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should be dry cleaned only. Never wash in warm or hot water.

How Do You Ship Your Orders?
Orders are shipped by Deccan 360, Professional Courier, AFL or First Flight. Your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days from receipt by us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to backups.
What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.
Can I return an Item?

Can
I Exchange My GUERRILLA T-Shirt?
Yes you can, but not after you wash it, wear it, soil it, or rip out the tag / packaging. Remember, the company will only accept a genuine manufacturing defect as a reason for return. And the garment needs to be returned to our Head Office. Please keep 3-6 weeks for the reply. Manufacturing defects are extremely rare, but they do happen.

* All returns must be authorized. *
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at info@guerrilla-clothing.com. All returns must be exchanged for the same style. If the same you have orderd is out of stock by the time you need an exchange you can ask for a different style of the same MRP. * All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Also include the original invoice.
* Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 3 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
Return authorizations must be requested within 3 days once received.
Pack your item(s) in a similar box/packet as the original and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Can I make changes to my order once I have checked out?
You can get in touch with us and if your tee hasent been shipped until then, we can ship you another style of your choice.
How much does the shipping cost?
We try to mostly give free shipping to our customers but for a few styles we might ask for shipping charges. Shipping charges would be around Rs.50.
How long till my order arrives?
If you’re in Mumbai, you will receive your tee within 2 working days of placing your order. It will take 2 to 4 working days for other metros and 6 to 7 working days after placing your order in other parts of the country.
What is the fabric you use for the tees?
100% cotton, 160 gsm, silicon-washed for a soft feel. Believe us, you will love the fabric!
